Big Commerce Review

Yahoo Stores (Yahoo Small Business), Volusion, 1ShoppingCart, you probably heard of them. However, BigCommerce seems to be in a league of its own.

At our review of Big Commerce by InterSpire site we list our honest review of BigCommerce, other shopping carts, and how to sell your products online.

Three reasons o get BigCommerce:

1) Start your e-store with minimum hassle

Uploading product images and setting up the rest of your account is really easy. PayPal, 2CheckOut and other payment systems are supported in BigCommerce.

There are two ways – either get your own domain name or a free subdomain provided by BC.com – for eample “mystore.bigcommerce.com”.

2) Customize and control your store design

It has more than 40 templates you can use right away. I love the user interface for creating and editing themes.

You can read our comparisons and see the differences for yourself

1) 1ShoppingCart vs BigCommerce
2) Yahoo Stores vs Big Commerce
3) BigCommerce vs Volusion

You can easily change your store layout by moving elements in real time. CSS or Cascading Style Sheet can also be modified significantly.

3) Sales and other important data

It’s annoying to admit the fact that while we have FaceBook and Twitter, the basic shopping cart software you’ll find in most places is seriously lacking in statistical tools and cool “web 2.0″ stuff that we’ve all come to love.

You receive complete statistical analysis control with BC. For example, you can see the best selling items, the top customers, and even the geographical location of order using Google Maps.

You will never be in the dark as to how well your business is doing, or how it can be improved. In the near future, sales and customer retention rate will increase.

Besides the above, BigCommerce is also fully SEO-enabled, which means that your entire store will be search engine friendly. Google will send you free traffic, helping you to make more sales.

With the correct autoresponse software, the sky is the limit as far as your online sales is concerned.
