I really need to lose weight fast

I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m up to talking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: the other day I had a rare opportunity to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring profusely, huffing and puffing, my skin was hot, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I have to lose weight and fast.

Actually, I feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was an enormously fat man, with a great sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic approach to life. But man, he was large. And lately I’m getting large also. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I sure would like to avoid getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no turning back.

So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife wants to join me, saying that she wants to lose some weight also, which I think will make it easier to stick to whichever diet program we end up using. There’s an awful lot of opinions about how to lose weight out there.

I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the weight loss program goes for us. I understand losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can tell, so I’ll be working hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
