Multi Level Marketing is simply a business model for moving products and services from production to the consumer using independent distributors with a multi level commission payout plan. Since distributors can recruit other distributors and establish teams that work together, this business model is often also called Network Marketing.
There are many myths about MLM companies, including that they are illegal pyramid schemes or scams. For true Multi Level Marketing companies, nothing could be further from the truth. Unfortunately, those who believe these myths, simply do not understand how MLM companies work.
The first thing that you need to know is that MLM is not illegal and it is not a pyramid scheme. While the organizational structure resembles a pyramid in shape, this is true of almost all businesses. There are far more workers in the lower ranks of any business then at the top, if not, the business would collapse. Not everyone in the company can be CEO or Vice President. If fact, Multi Level Marketing companies are one hundred percent legal and many multi-million dollar companies use this business model to market their products.

The Multi Level Marketing sales force members are not actually employees of the company, but instead they are independent distributors who are compensated for their efforts by commission based on the amount of product moved by not only themselves, but also by those whom they recruit as distributors.
As each distributor recruits others to become distributors, they create what is known as a downline and in addition to their own retail sales commissions, they earn a wholesale commission on the amount of products their downline distributors move to consumers. This process goes on for some designated number of levels and is where the term “multi level” originates.
The more people a distributor can recruit for his downline, the larger will be their total commissions. The number of levels that a distributor will earn override commissions on will depend upon the company’s compensation plan but five to seven or more levels is not unusual. These wholesale override commissions can quickly add up for distributors with a large downline.
A strong incentive is thus created not only for a distributor to recruit more distributors for their downline, but also to train them to move products as well. Thus a successful distributor will want to duplicate their success by teaching their downline members how to be successful. By making their downline members successful, they make themselves more successful.
Building large stable residual income is therefore the result of successfully recruiting, training, and retaining others. The better one is at doing these things, the larger their income will become. While it is not necessarily easy, it can be very rewarding.

Fine Articles I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m up to talking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: the other day I had a rare opportunity to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring profusely, huffing and puffing, my skin was hot, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I have to lose weight and fast.
Actually, I feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was an enormously fat man, with a great sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic approach to life. But man, he was large. And lately I’m getting large also. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I sure would like to avoid getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no turning back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife wants to join me, saying that she wants to lose some weight also, which I think will make it easier to stick to whichever diet program we end up using. There’s an awful lot of opinions about how to lose weight out there.
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the weight loss program goes for us. I understand losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can tell, so I’ll be working hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.

If you ever got hired, sold your car or sold yourself to another person (ie. got married or formed a relationship), you have proven your ability to sell. We sell ideas to other people all the time, we just don’t view it as selling.
The role of a sales professional is to find out what the customer wants rather than whether the customer wants something at all. Once this is done, a sales professional should then help the customer satisfy that need to the customers’ satisfaction. The principle skills a successful salesman needs are:
* Putting your customers in a receptive state of mind, making them feel at ease and unpressured.
* Showing interest in their questions or needs.
* Using opinions as selling points (both yours and theirs).
* Supplying facts and helpful data.
* Answering objections in a positive way and never becoming defensive or aggressive.
* Agreeing with customers.
* Suggesting additional products or services.(Value adding)
* Building repeat business.
It’s important that you learn to apply these skills, although if you use courtesy, friendliness, honesty and you know what you’re talking about, you’re 90% there. Not difficult when you consider it.
I know of quite a few small business people who would never consider themselves sales people but have remarkable success at selling their wares by just being themselves. Is this being a good sales person? Probably.
An old friend of mine, Claude owns a book store in one of Perth’s trendier suburbs. He spent many years of his life working for a bank. It never ceases to amaze me, and his business partner, how this “untrained” person can sell products by just being himself. He is a natural salesman.
On the days he looks after the shop instead of his partner, the sales are always up compared to when he’s not there. If you were to ask him if he thought he was a good salesman he would probably say no, but the sales figures speak for themselves.
He does it by being a friendly, likeable person that loves a joke and a chat with his customers. Most of his customers would never go elsewhere because they like him. I’m sure even if he put his prices up, he would still attract the same customers because they have a relationship with him. They feel good about shopping at his store; he makes sure they do. Everybody can sell, simply use your own personality and be friendly and courteous. Treat customers the way you would like to be treated.
Top sales people make a point of remembering regular customers’ names, ensuring each time they come to the store they receive a small discount or offering other little extras like helping them to the car with their parcels. As I mentioned before with my friend, he fosters friendships with his regular customers. This fosters loyalty to the business by the customer, quite often regardless of price, because they get preferential treatment. You’ve probably had the feeling yourself when you constantly use a particular business and each time you walk in the people don’t just ask for the order.
Generally, sales people feel awkward about asking the customer for the order. These sales people will never be really successful in sales. A lot of sales are lost simply because the sales person doesn’t put the onus back on the customer to make a decision, they simply leave the decision up in the air which allows the potential customer to quietly drift out the door without having to commit themselves to a decision. How many times do you do this? I do it all the time and think to myself, “I’m glad nobody put me under pressure, I probably would have spent money”.

About 10% of the general population has some sort of dyslexia, in some degree. You can work back late without getting into strife with your family. You can “drop into the office” anytime you like. You can get up really early if the mood takes you and put in a few hours work then go back to bed. But as hair dresser, there is one feature I really like, all the tax benefits!
You can claim some of your home-running expenses on your tax return. Based on the floor area used for business purposes, you can claim a portion of your mortgage interest, insurance, rates, water, electricity, maintenance and the bulk of your telephone bill as well as depreciation on the carpets, curtains, computer equipment and so on. At the end of the financial year you will be surprised by the list of deductions.
You will also save on travel costs, wear and tear on your car and more importantly wear and tear on you, having not to deal with peak hour or public transport. Not to mention picking up approximately an extra one to two hours per day of work when you don’t have to travel.
There is a downside to working from home. The first problem is family distractions. Kids home from school at three o’clock, a friend at the front door, phone calls for other members of the family.
You also may not have the perfect workspace, or space may be limited. Work space is vitally important, you must have an area set aside purely for business, nothing else, just business. I have found that it’s best also if you can close the door on the weekends and at the end of the day so you can “leave work”.

So what can you do to create a calorie deficit? The key here is in the phrase burn more than you consume. Now this does not have to mean long hours in the gym, it simply means doing simple things like walking further instead of using the car - taking the stairs instead of the elevator - in short just get your body moving and you will have taken your first steps to creating a calorie deficit.

Fine Articles The Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) is an edible mushroom native to East Asia, which is cultivated and consumed in many Asian countries, as well as being dried and exported to many countries around the world. It is a feature of many Asian cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai.
In Chinese, it is called xianggu ( literally “fragrant mushroom”). Two Chinese variant names for high grades of shiitake are donggu (Chinese, “winter mushroom”) and huagu (”flower mushroom”, which has a flower-like cracking pattern on the mushroom’s upper surface); both are produced at colder temperatures. Other names by which the mushroom is known in English include Chinese black mushroom and black forest mushroom. In Korean it is called pyogo (hangul; hanja), in Thai they are called hed hom (”fragrant mushroom”), and in Vietnamese they are called nam huong (”fragrant mushroom”).
Shiitakes have four to ten times the flavor of common white button mushrooms. In addition to their robust/pungent, woodsy flavor and meaty texture, shiitakes provide high levels of protein (18%), potassium, niacin and B vitamins, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. They have natural antiviral and immunity boosting properties and are used nutritionally to fight viruses, lower cholesterol and regulate blood pressure. Lentinan, an immuno stimulant derived from shiitakes, has been used to treat cancer, AIDS, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibrocystic breast disease, and other conditions with impressive results. Researchers S. Suzuki and Oshima found that a raw shiitake eaten daily for one week lowered serum cholesterol by 12%.
The Shiitake mushrooms flavor is intensified by drying. Dried mushrooms can be stored indefinitely and reconstituted by soaking. The texture is different from fresh log-grown shiitake, and they dont saut well, but dried shiitakes are perfect for soups, stews, gravies and baked dishes.
The two most popular mushrooms in the world are the common button mushroom (Agaricus species) and the shiitake or black forest mushroom (Lentinus edodes),. The shiitake, meaning “mushroom of the shii or oak tree” in Japanese, is highly prized in the Orient for its flavor and reputed medicinal value. It is a major agricultural commodity in Japan, where about half the world’s supply of shiitake mushrooms is produced.
Until recently, only imported, dried shiitake mushrooms could be purchased in the United States. Shiitake mushroom production began in this country about 15 years ago, and with it came a new demand for fresh mushrooms. The demand is increasing rapidly as consumers discover the delicious, meaty flavor of fresh shiitake mushrooms.
The medicinal properties of Shiitake mushroom are attributed to a polysaccharide (sugar molecule) named lentinan, on which extensive research has been done. Lentinan is a polysaccharide called a 1,3 beta glucan. In laboratory tests, lentinan does not kill cancer cells directly, but enhances a number of aspects of the immune system, which may aid in the slowing of tumor growth. Lentinan also kills viruses and microbes directly in laboratory studies. Most studies involving lentinan involve intravenous or intramuscular injections.
