Fine Articles I was reading a thread at a big webmaster forum yesterday which made the claim that “SEO is dead.” Now, it’s hard to say whether or not the original poster was being serious or sarcastic, but he referenced some other news he’d been reading on a few authority sites that made the “dead” claim.
The notion was that, because of the prevalence of Web 2.0 community sites, the idea of needing to optimize for any of the engines was going away — and fast. The idea was also put forth by another poster that, because of the huge number of content management systems that are already setup to be “search engine friendly”, the need to have any additional knowledge to rank well was quickly diminishing.
My answer to all this? Poppycock.
First, while it is true that there are many CMS programs that are search engine friendly out of the box, on-page factors matter so little to ranking (at least in Google) that even if the on-page playing field was leveled, it would make little difference in the current search engine results.
Second, SEO is about far more than just what’s on the page. The way you analyze what keywords are worth optimizing for, the way you write the content around those keywords, and the links you get to the pages that you want to rank for those keywords all have a large role to play in how much traffic you get from the search engines — and that analysis takes specialized knowledge. Anyone can learn to do it, but it does have to be learned.
Third, and most importantly, Web 2.0 is nice, and sites that revolve around that kind of community are huge traffic mongers (e.g. YouTube), but there will always be a need for full-text indexing of the web.
So is SEO dead? Nope. It’s alive and well, and will be for as long as people need to search for information on the web.

Fine Articles Despite all my years I still feel like a child within. I have a difficult time peering into the mirror and locating a fully realized adult. I would have thought the delivery of my second child would have changed it, yet I still appear to be in denial of the aging process.
Speaking of aging — or rather putting it off — my dear wife and I bought a new house and this house possesses room in the basement for a exercise room my dear wfe had always sought. But I am seeing dollar signs when I think about all the tiny and large things essential, from the essential but oft-neglected benches for weight-lifting and exercise mat to determining the best exercise bike. An exercise bike can be tricky now a days. Do you go recumbent or upright stationary bike? Should I choose an old-school analog or electronic?
My wife seems determined to get an elliptical trainer as well. Yes you understood that correctly. A stationary bike and an elliptical machine — not just one or the other. My guess is that the extra exercise equipment will go with the stretch mark treatment she started using after she bore our youngest child. I’m sure I’ll regret that jest.
I must be particular with the budget because our new house is a bit more of a diamond in the rough. We wanted it to be this way, but we still must carefully budget everything, even the cabinet knob (I’m not kidding). My dear wife has a pretty ambitious cabinet refacing project planned, but must remind her the bathroom sinks she wishes put in will cost a pretty penny, too.
Gratefully, she and I both like the rustic, natural style, so we are furnishing our new house with furniture which is unfinished. Of course, it still requires some polishing off, but we can keep our costs down and make higher quality furniture than we could purchase anywhere anyways.
I recently came across a great pair of coffee tables with some decent, raw knotting and a couple console tables in matching cedar. For our outdoor patio we’re researching an outdoor fireplace and we’ll go with a little budget wicker furnitures initially.
Supplying a new house might seem so adult, but I cannot help but feel like I’m just playing house. The new exercise equipment and furniture only feel as a new era of playthings.

So is it any wonder that I have lots of birding guides? And if one gets crumpled in the wear and tear of field use, I give it a rest and use another. Or when the binding finally goes and the pages fall out of my birding guides I will actually buy a new birding guide. I know. I know it is a bit frivolous but it is a passion of mine.
Naturally I have bird binoculars too. And that is more than one pair. I use my favorite bird binoculars most often. Those are the compact Bushnell binoculars that I can put in my pocket and take with me almost anywhere. Most people prefer a larger 8X42 model for their favorite bird binoculars but that is ok. I can take my Nikon 10×50 bird binoculars with me if I choose.
I have my wish list for bird binoculars and it includes Swarovski 10X42 but since they are so pricey, I added a compromise in my bird binoculars wish list. I think I would like a set of Vortex 10×42 Vipers. However, since I always choose my compacts unless it is a serious bird trip I would be delighted with Leica Ultravid 10×25 compact bird binoculars instead. Then there is my spotting scope that I will tell you about in another article.

Fine Articles Unless you have a sixth sense you can’t predict when and where your dog is going to do the toilet, that is why dog toilet training is necessary. Dogs need to learn to “hold it” and go where he is supposed to as they don’t know any different. In the wild dogs can go when and where they please, but this is not the wild and they need to be taught the difference.
Dog toilet training can be something of a difficult task. Every day needs to be the same and you need to give him constant attention when you can; this will make the toilet training procedure a lot easier. Your training process will take longer if you are working out of the house quite often as your dog will need to go and the house is the only place that he can.
When to start out dog potty training? Well, you need to give him a place of his own, maybe a corner of your back room. That should be where you put his food and his bed and his toys and cover the whole floor in newspaper. When you leave the house make sure he is in that room and can’t get out.
When you are gone he will obviously need the toilet and will go where he is standing, but over time he will pick a place and start to do his business in the one place, when he starts to do that you can then start to remove the paper from the area furthest away from his chosen spot. Gradually continue this until it is only a small space available for him to go, if he misses the paper then you are moving a little bit too fast and need to go back a step or two until you get to as little papers as possible. When he gets older he will be able to control his bladder movements a lot easier.
When you are at home spend as much time with your dog as possible. Dog potty training will be much easier if you do. Every 45 minutes or so take your dog outside and whenever he does the toilet outside make sure he is praised very happily and excitedly with lots of enthusiasm, and do this everytime that he “goes” outside. He will realise that this is where he needs to go to the toilet and when he can control his bladder a little better he will wait until you come to let him out. It does take a lot of time and patience though.
Never scold your dog for doing the toilet in the house as he does not know any better. We did the toilet in our nappies until we were potty trained because there was nothing else we could do about it, when we needed we went, well dogs are the same. No puppy is properly toilet trained until he is about 6 months old so it is a lengthy procedure but a great one when the end results start to show!

Fine Articles I will be the first to admit it. I am a person that literally know nothing about girl bedding. Since my sister recently had a baby girl, it is time for me to learn. One of the many items on her registry list is a nice, high quality, and expensive girls bedding set. She specifically mentioned a brand called Olive Kids Tea Party bedding. I personally have never heard of them before. After a few moments of the computer, I found out that they are the manufacturer of some very cute and fancy kids bedding, kids room decor, and also the kids play furniture.
As I began browsing the Olive Kids website, I was overwhelmed by the number of choices of designs available. Just by looking at the girls bedding sets alone, it ranges from girls princes bedding, ballerina bedding for girls, to girls butterfly bedding. While they all look very similar to my untrained eyes. I am sure my sister will have a different opinion.
So the next thing I did was pick up the phone to call my mother. After all, mom knows everything. After a previous conversation with my mother I found out that my sister is decorating her room with a fairy theme. Unfortunately Olive Kids do not specifically call for a fairy bedding for girls design. So I will need to look elsewhere for that. After a few more minutes online, I was able to locate a number of websites that have girls fairy bedding. I was very happy about that. I bought it and it is now done.

The other vitamin which is needed is B. Easily available as a supplement Vitamin B is highly regarded in the battle against hair loss. If using vitamin B do not be surprised if your urine goes an amazing shade of yellow, as this is your body getting rid of the vitamin B that it does not need.
Vitamin C is next up. Be careful with vitamin C as taking too much can lead to an upset stomach. To get best results take somewhere between 300 and 400 mg.
Another vitamin to add to the list is vitamin E. This is another vitamin that you need to adjust the dosage to you size. You should have somewhere between 400 and 800 mg but try not to exceed 800mg. For those that struggle digesting fats vitamin E is also available in soluble form.
Finally there is vitamin H (which is really a vitamin B). This vitamin is rumored to be essential for slowing hair loss. If you are lacking in this vitamin, then on the whole it will show up with you having thinning hair. It works best when taken with the other B vitamins and you need to be having around 300mg.
There you go then, some of the main vitamins that help to how to prevent hair loss, however before you start taking supplements you may want to check with your physician first, just to make sure you are not going to have any adverse side effects and also they will be able to help advise you on dosage levels.

Does size matter? The size of this car was not something that garnered many complaints. In its class of midsize sedans, the vehicle has always been known for its relatively roomy interior. Compared with its competitors like the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, the trunk space is really good and there’s lots of leg room for thefront seat as well as rear seat passengers.
How about power? As far as engine power went, there were not many complaints. Prior-year models were plenty well endowed thanks to the attentiveness to this matter by the Chevy motors engineers.
The Chevrolet Malibu 2008 version fixed the big issue plaguing these Chevy’s in prior years, which was that the car was just not good looking enough. As previously mentioned they had plenty of pep and good midsize roominess and that’s what made them such good reliable family cars. Chevrolet got that right in spades. In 2008, Chevy turned some of their focus on to the aesthetics of this car that has a long history of good looks and sportiness.
So what’s the status of this nice and practical vehicle as of the year 2008? Now that she is looking hot. The Malibu got a beautiful new makeover in 2008. The front end is new with a nice-looking split horizontal grill, and two pairs of round headlamps. There’s a bit of a muscle car look to it also, what with its significantly widened wheelbase. Chevrolet made this Malibu into a car that you love for its practicality, smooth ride and good looks.
All this being said it certainly would not be a big surprise if the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu was in the running for a Best American Car of the Year Award.ward.
